WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED TERMS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
By placing the order for a product offered or displayed on the Site, you explicitly agree to the Terms of Use and specifically but not limited to the following:
- All sales are final.
- Payment for all JGD products is required in full before an order is put into production and before the lead time begins.
- Custom made items cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
- In case of an approved return, JGD reserves the right to charge 25% as restocking fee.
- Orders for custom-made items cannot be cancelled after one hour of placing the order.
- Custom made products by nature may differ slightly from any pictures on the Site and some variation is acceptable in custom made products. You must contact JGD to report any major differences and these incidents will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Products are not guaranteed against wear and fading.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept checks, wires and credit cards. Please note there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. JGD cooperates with law enforcement and reserves the right to report any unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment method to local authorities.
DO YOU OFFER TRADE PRICING?
We offer a discount to members of the interior design and architecture trade. Please inquire at sales@joshgreenedesign.com with a copy of your resale certificate. Pricing of products is subject to change without prior notice. Quotes and estimates will be honored for 30 days from the date issued.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON DAMAGED ITEMS?
Damages must be documented and reported within three business days of receipt, while the goods remain at the initial delivery location. JGD is not responsible for the repair or replacement of damage reported after this time frame. If damage occurs during shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver and reported immediately to sales@joshgreenedesign.com. JGD is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods; improper handling, installation, or assembly by the customer or their agent; exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions or weather. Additionally, JGD cannot be held accountable for any costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation; restoration or repair work; or any parts purchased separately from our product. JGD neither takes any responsibility nor accepts any liability for any damage that occurs during installation.
WALLPAPER
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR WALLPAPER?
Wallpaper is made-to-order and ships in four to six weeks. Please inquire should you need to rush an order.
HOW DO I GET WALLPAPER SAMPLES?
Please contact the showroom in your region for samples. Our showroom partners can be found on the Stockists page.
HOW IS WALLPAPER SHIPPED?
UPS Ground is our preferred shipping partner for wallpaper. Average transit time is four to six days and a tracking number will be provided.
WHAT IS THE UNIT OF MEASURE WHEN ORDERING WALLPAPER?
Wallpapers are ordered by the linear yard. The maximum continuous roll size is 40 yards. All papers are printed to order and slight variations in color may occur.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUMS?
Orders under five yards incur a $200 fee.

MEDICINE CABINETS
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR MEDICINE CABINETS?
Please inquire at sales@joshgreenedesign.com as our lead times vary depending on style and what we have in stock.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OF MEDICINE CABINET FINISHES?
We offer three free wood samples and each additional is $5. You can also purchase the entire set of 24 finishes for $90. These ship via USPS.
HOW ARE MEDICINE CABINETS SHIPPED?
FedEx Freight Direct is our preferred shipping partner for our medicine cabinets. Once a medicine cabinet is picked up at the factory, it typically takes five to seven business days to arrive at your destination.
DO MEDICINE CABINETS COME WITH ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS?
JGD does not provide any electrification or electrical components for our medicine cabinets. Many clients do add plugs inside the cabinet. Please consult with your contractor and a licensed electrician should you wish to do so.
HOW DO I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY MEDICINE CABINET?
Wipe wood finish with clean, soft, dry, or damp cloth. Avoid abrasive or oil-based cleaners. The mirror portion can be cleaned with glass cleaner, applied on a cloth first. Avoid excessive water. Periodically check and tighten hardware, as necessary.
